CONSULTATION REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS

All new clients must book a 30 minute consultation with stylist prior to booking any service.

 

FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book through the app/website and you cancel, change, and/or can't make your appointment for any reason, there will be NO REFUNDS given.  No exceptions.

 

Please be on time to appointments as we will and also a late fee, cancellation fee and/or no show fee will be applied with NO REFUNDS.  We understand that things happen, so if you have to reschedule, please give us a courtesy call or text in order to avoid any extra applied fees.

Due to the economy and inflation my prices will be going up. Also due to the many no call no shows, missed appointment and late arrivals there will be some new rules!!!! 

 

1. All new clients must have a consultation prior to service. 

2. No extra people nor children during appointment. 

3. Absolutely NO REFUNDS!

4. One parent is allowed to sit with any minor under twelve years old.  

5. Please feed your children before their appointment. 

6. Water is complimentary, when available. Everything else is for sale!!!!

7. Please be on time. We will be on time. 0-15 minutes will be excused. 16

Fees are applied as the following:

• Being 15 minutes late or less will be excused.

• 16 - 30 minutes late will result to a $10 late fee.

• 31 - 45 minutes late will result to a $15 late fee

• After 45 minutes, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited. A new appointment will need to be booked. This policy ensures everyone's appointment time is respected. (Appointments can be changed up to 24 hours prior to your original appointment time)

• If a call is placed but you are 15 minutes late there is a $40 squeeze in fee to keep that existing appointment.

If you need appointments ASAP or on a day that the shop is closed, we will be more than happy to come in for a fee of $60 plus the original price of all services.

Please be prepared to stay the time of your scheduled service(s)!
